Park here every cruise I take. Reserve online, affordable & on arrival the staff is very helpful. Caught a short ride on the golf cart to the street. Walk across Harborside, police are working the traffic & you are at the terminal. Highly recommend this parking lot.

My favorite place to park. I've used them 7 cruises this year with 2 more booked with them. (And more times over the years) My favorite things are they have ship specific lots so when the ship sails the lot or building is locked up until the ship gets back instead of the port where everyone is free to wander through the lot breaking in and NO SHUTTLE NEEDED (and elevated for galvaston floods) We typically swing thru and drop our bags off to the porters then park and explore the strand if we feel like it then walk from the car across the street to the ship. Where it really pays off is debarkation day. We walk across the street to our car and exit back away from traffic and are almost past Houston while our new friends are waiting in the shuttle. I've done indoor and outdoor according to the seasons and every time has been a perfect experience.

This is our second time parking here and will continue to use this company in the future. Very easy booking, love the location and staff are always friendly. A special shoutout specifically to Peter, my husband left his bag in the garage and Peter himself stayed in contact with me and shipped the bag back to us so we didn't have to drive back 4 hours. Thank you for going the extra mile! 🙂

By far this is the #1 best outstanding staff I have ever experienced. We lost our keys and had to wait for several hours at the garage staff provided water restrooms it was so hot we also had a water hose to keep cool. Store was a walk down the street. Tristan (Twin) was the most unbelievable hard worker calling every locksmith buddy he could find offered Kentucky fried chicken he was the best I don't think we will ever park our car anywhere else but here. This was our 2nd time parking here but again we take things for granted and just park and go pack and go these hard workers go above and beyond....thanks guys Twin God bless your soul keep it 100% man with a big ❤️
